Information We Collect
We collect account email, billing information, project requests, saved project drafts, payment records, messages, files, and operational records needed to deliver Wise Robin services.
How We Use Information
We use information to verify accounts, process payments, compose and manage projects, assign Wise Robin staff, communicate project updates, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
Service Providers
Wise Robin uses providers such as Google Cloud, Firestore, Gmail API, Stripe, and communication providers to operate the service.
SMS Consent
SMS opt-in consent is optional, is used only for Wise Robin account, onboarding, project, scheduling, support, and service communications, and is not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Customers can reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS.
Security
Production systems must use managed secrets, restricted staff access, audit logs, and secure session cookies. Do not send credentials or payment card data through project messages or calls.
